Pre-Order Policy

Certain items on our site are available for pre-order, which means they are not currently in stock but are reserved exclusively for you. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Processing & Production Time

• Pre-order items require additional time to be produced.

• Estimated processing time is 2–3 weeks, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

• Production times may vary due to fabric availability, manufacturing schedules, or high-volume releases.

2. Shipping Time

• Once your pre-order item is completed, it will ship according to the shipping method selected at checkout.

• If your cart includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together unless you check out separately.

3. Payment

• Payment is collected at checkout to reserve your item.

• Pre-orders are made specially for you, and materials are ordered immediately after purchase.

4. Cancellations & Changes

• Pre-order purchases are final sale and cannot be canceled or changed once placed.

• Please double-check your size, address, and color selections before completing your order.

5. Delays

• Estimated dates are not guaranteed.

• We will contact you if there are any unexpected delays or changes in production.

 

6. Updates

• You will receive email updates when your order enters production, ships, or if any issues arise.
